How can I contact Sleep Protocol?

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within the first 12 hours after placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee modifications. However, you may request a refund once the order has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing from the purchase date, and orders are shipped the following day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

The prices displayed on our store do not include potential customs duties or import taxes. These charges may apply once the order reaches its destination and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after the returned item or cancellation request has been received. If you have questions about when the refund will appear in your account, please contact your card issuer. If you still have not received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary before the refund appears in your account.
